G. Institute of Real Estate, is well known as Malaysia's Pioneer Institute in
preparing candidates towards a successful and rewarding career in Real Estate.

Incorporated in February 1987, it is the first recognised Institute in Malaysia that
conducts courses to prepare students for the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and
Real Estate Agents’s Examinations Part 1 and 2. It is also an Institution registered
under the Education Act 1961.

G. Institute of Real Estate is involved in the business of training, and organising

  Its principal, Puan Khatijah Abdullah has  been in the real estate business
  for over 30 years. During which time she has buildup a reputation in the local
  real estate industry as well as in the international market.Her desire to
  instill greater professionalism in the real estate industry has led to the
  establishment of the G Institute of Real Estate. For her contribution to the
  industry, she was awarded a Fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents
  in 1985. She has since served as its president from 1991 to 1995 and again
  from 2003 to 2007. She also sits on the board of the Malaysian Board of
  Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents since 1985
